Terms of service
Draft. Last updated October 12, 2026.
The service
LeadPilot provides software that lets home-service businesses capture and manage inquiries from their websites. Features are described on our website and may change over time.
Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the actions of people you invite to your organization. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and settings
You own the business information you enter and the lead records created for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices, hours, emergency instructions and other information you approve for the assistant to share.
Communications with your customers
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to how you contact people, including telemarketing, text messaging and call recording rules. The assistant records a visitor's permission to be contacted; you must honor opt-outs.
Not an emergency service
LeadPilot is not an emergency service and doesn't replace calling 911 or a utility emergency line. The assistant provides general safety instructions for certain situations but doesn't diagnose equipment or conditions.
Billing
- Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Usage limits for each plan are described on the pricing page.
- Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use LeadPilot to send spam, to collect information under false pretenses, to impersonate another business, or to break the law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and export your data first. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
