How LeadPilot works

Set it up once, test it, then put it on your website. Here's what you do and what the assistant does.

Setting up

  1. 1

    Create your account

Name your company and pick HVAC, plumbing, or both. We load a starter list of services you can edit.

  2. 2

Tell the assistant about your business

Service area ZIP codes, hours, emergency policy, and who gets alerts. Add approved prices and FAQs whenever you're ready.

  3. 3

    Test it yourself

Open the preview and play the customer. Every test creates a real lead in your inbox so you can see the whole loop.

  4. 4

Add one line to your website

Paste the script tag before the closing body tag. Optionally restrict it to your own domain.

Inside a conversation

The assistant asks for each piece in order but accepts it in any order. If someone writes “AC's out in 75204, need someone today,” it fills in three answers at once and moves on.

Try the live demo
  1. Service and problem

The visitor picks a service or describes the problem in their own words.

  2. Location

A 5-digit ZIP code, checked against your service area, plus the street address if the visitor shares it. Out-of-area requests are still captured and labeled so you can decide.

  3. Urgency

Emergency, within 24 hours, this week, or flexible. Emergencies follow your policy right away.

  4. Contact and consent

Name, phone number, optional email, and permission to call or text.

  5. Next step

A visit request with a preferred window, or a callback first. Never a confirmed appointment.

Where the AI fits

A language model reads each message and pulls out the details. Our software checks every detail it returns and decides what to ask next. The model can't invent a service, a price or an appointment.

Your data stays separate

Each business's records are isolated at the database level. The assistant only sees your business settings and the current conversation. Phone numbers and emails are removed before text is sent to the AI provider.

When something breaks

If the AI provider fails, a built-in assistant takes over mid-conversation. If that fails too, visitors get a simple contact form. Either way the lead lands in your inbox.

Your next customer is filling out a form somewhere tonight.

Set up your business, then test the assistant yourself before it goes on your website.
